3-Shipping €4.99/VAT incl and delivery 4-5 days: ONLY FOR PRODUCTS (The products can be liquid leather, leather accessories or samples)

Shipments 4-5 days can be faster depending on stock

Delivery Balearic Islands 3-4 Days:

There are 3 shipping possibilities:

1-Free shipping and delivery 3-4 days : ONLY FOR SKINS

2-Free Shipping and delivery 5-6 days : Purchase of ONE SKIN or SKINS PRODUCT (The products can be liquid leather, leather accessories or samples)

3-Shipping €4.99/VAT incl and delivery 5-6 days: ONLY FOR PRODUCTS (Products can be liquid leather, leather accessories or samples)

International Deliveries 3-4 Days:

From €3.99 to €40 depending on the weight of the items, the website applies it automatically. (Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Holland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, United Kingdom , Czech Republic, San Marino and Switzerland)

IMPORTANT NOTE

-Delivery times are counted on working days from Monday to Friday.

-Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. are processed the next business day.

-For reasons of COVID19 our orders may have some type of delay outside our company

RETURN POLICY

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?

Returns are not free, the customer must pay the shipping costs, except for errors or defects in the CURTIDOS PEANES product, in which case CURTIDOS PEANES will be responsible for all shipping costs.

To make a return, the company must be notified within 2 calendar days of receiving the order. To do this, simply indicate the order number in question. Once the authorization is received, the client must send the package.

REFUND POLICY

Once the package has been received and the return confirmed, we will be able to contact you to make the refund or choose another product.
